Route
- Take Lakewood Ranch Blvd to University Parkway and head west.
- Pass I-75 and University Town Center (UTC).
- Turn north on US-301, then onto 72nd Ave E to the shop.
From Waterside or the southern villages, University Parkway is the easiest route. From the northern villages near SR-70, take SR-70 west to US-301 south.
New Car? Coat It Before the Paint Gets Worn
Lakewood Ranch is still growing, and a lot of the vehicles we see from here are new: fresh deliveries, new-home move-ins, and second cars bought for the garage. New doesn't mean perfect. Paint can arrive with transport film residue, dealer wash marring or light swirls. We inspect under shop lighting and tell you honestly whether the included gloss enhancement is enough or whether a polish makes sense before the coating locks the finish in.
Construction Dust, Sprinklers & HOA Driveways
Active building around University Parkway, SR-70 and the newer villages means fine dust settles on paint, and neighborhood irrigation leaves mineral spots on anything parked outside. A coated surface sheds both far more easily, so you rinse instead of scrub.

About 20–25 minutes from Main Street in normal traffic: west on University Parkway past I-75 and UTC, then a short hop north on US-301 to 72nd Ave E.
Should I coat my new car right away?
The sooner the better, before it collects swirls and water spots. We still inspect it first: new paint can need a light polish. Every package includes gloss enhancement; add a 1-step polish (+$250) if inspection shows defects.
